Mental Health Resources & Support

Find the help you are looking for.

Finding the right support can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly when you or someone you care about is already navigating a difficult situation. Bridges Psychology has gathered the following mental health resources to help individuals and families connect with additional information, community support, crisis services, and specialized organizations.

These resources include national organizations as well as services available in Florida and Colorado, with specialized support for perinatal mental health, pregnancy and newborn loss, LGBTQ+ individuals and youth, veterans and military families, and people experiencing a mental health crisis.

These organizations are provided as additional resources and do not replace individualized assessment, psychotherapy, medical care, or emergency services. Availability, eligibility requirements, and services may change, so please contact each organization directly for current information.

Finding the Right Mental Health Support

Different situations call for different kinds of help. A community organization, peer-support program, crisis service, therapy group, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical provider may each play a different role in supporting mental health.

If you are looking for ongoing psychotherapy rather than community or crisis resources, Bridges Psychology provides evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including support for concerns such as anxiety, self-criticism, grief, trauma, infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal mental health, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.

The organizations listed above are independent resources and their inclusion should not be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee of their services. Please contact individual organizations directly to confirm current programs, eligibility, availability, fees, and service areas.
